More About Me

Meet the Branch Vice President

Selecting a real estate agent is an important first step when buying or selling a home. Coldwell Banker Realty agents are informed and experienced local experts who are familiar with the market and prepared to assist you with all your real estate needs. With access to many websites, an incredible database of buyers, support staff to assist you from contract to close, and extensive training in marketing homes and negotiating contracts, our agents bring a lot to the table. Our number one goal is to help guide you home.

As the Branch Vice President of the Harford County Regional office, my goal is to foster a culture of awesomeness among our agents, while providing the training needed to ensure our clients are receiving the best service possible. My peers and former clients have described me as dependable, proactive, and enthusiastic. I understand the importance of internet marketing and using professionals to assist with your home sale so when your home is presented online it will compel potential buyers to envision themselves in your home. Our agents have the tools to do this and more!

A full-time REALTOR since 2001, I come from a solid banking background which has helped strengthen my knowledge and experience in the real estate field. I believe in continued education, and have earned the CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation, and GRI designation, which means I have gone through in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. This has helped me develop a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to navigate the current real estate climate-no matter what its condition. As an associate broker and Coldwell Banker Realty Branch Vice President, I am committed to helping the agents in my office serve their clients with the highest ethical standards. I am quick to identify and provide resolution when needed and provide the support necessary so agents in my office can sell more homes, make more money, and work more efficiently, all while building long-lasting relationships with the clients they serve.

When I am not busy in the real estate world, I enjoy spending time with my family. I believe in giving back to my community, and volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, the Mason-Dixon Food Bank, and the Harford Community College Scholarship program. A current resident of Forest Hill, I have also lived in New Orleans and Atlanta, so I am able to empathize as clients are preparing to move.

If you are considering buying, selling, or renting your home, please contact one of our exceptional agents.
